Do you want to get your hands dirty and learn how to ferment your own vegetables or Kombucha?
Gut Feeling has teamed up with Rebecca Sullivan from Granny Skills to present our “Introduction to Fermentation” Workshops. In a hands on fermentation class you will learn how to make your own Sauerkraut and Kimchi step by step, from scratch. We will also run you through how to make Kombucha and ginger beer. This is an interactive, DIY class and usually runs for 2-2.5 hours.
